One of the ways KAZE best expresses its Stylings in Japanese Cuisine is through our chefs’ masterful creations that center on ever changing seasonal ingredients.   Every 3 months, KAZE introduces a new menu with the change of the seasons.

The KAZE seasonal menu’s offerings such as White Tuna (Nigri sushi of East Coast tuna served with banana-wasabi puree.) and Zuke Sake (Makimono of fresh jalepeños and avacado wrapped inside out, served with marinated salmon and garnished with both stir-fried mushrooms and pickled cauliflower.) are certain to provide you with a memorable and unique experience.
